Meet the Team

Ron Soriano brings more than 40 years of construction experience to King Construction. Born in Clifton, New Jersey, Ron built his career working throughout New York City and the greater New Jersey metropolitan area. For 30 years, he owned and operated a construction company in New Jersey, developing extensive industry knowledge and a reputation for quality craftsmanship, dependable service, and strong client relationships.

Ron has called Fort Myers home for the past 15 years and has developed strong ties throughout the Southwest Florida community. Under his leadership, King Construction has built more than 100 Jersey Mike's locations across Florida — demonstrating the company's ability to successfully manage multi-location commercial projects while delivering consistent quality and dependable results.

Beyond construction, Ron is an accomplished entrepreneur with business interests in real estate and ownership of multiple Jersey Mike's locations throughout Naples, Fort Myers, and Fort Myers Beach. His diverse experience gives him a well-rounded understanding of property development, commercial operations, project management, and customer service.

Ron brings that same experience, leadership, and commitment to every King Construction project. Outside of work, he has been happily married for 35 years and is the proud father of three children.

As part of the next generation of leadership at King Construction, Matthew Soriano proudly carries forward the family values, work ethic, and commitment to excellence that have been the foundation of the company's success.

With over five years of business management experience in the food and beverage industry, Matthew brings a strong background in operations, customer relations, team leadership, and business development. His experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused industry has shaped his belief that great service, attention to detail, and lasting relationships are the keys to any successful business.

Working alongside his father, King Construction's Owner and CEO Ron Soriano, Matthew combines his business management experience with a fresh perspective on marketing, sales, and company growth. He focuses on expanding the company's reach, strengthening its brand, and developing meaningful relationships with both residential and commercial clients.

Having grown up around the construction industry, Matthew understands the importance of quality craftsmanship, integrity, and delivering on promises. He is passionate about building upon his family's legacy while introducing new ideas and opportunities that will help King Construction continue to thrive for generations to come. For Matthew, King Construction is more than just a company — it's a family legacy built on hard work, trust, and pride in every project, whether it's a small home repair or a large-scale commercial renovation.

With over 10 years of experience in office management, Amanda brings organization, dedication, and a welcoming personality to the King Construction team. She plays an essential role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, coordinating behind the scenes, and ensuring that both clients and team members receive the support they need.

Amanda takes pride in creating a positive, organized, and efficient work environment while helping King Construction deliver the exceptional service our customers deserve.

Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their four children, and the newest (and fluffiest!) addition to the family — an adorable puppy named Cotton!
